Welcome to Team VG, an online womenā€™s fitness bootcamp and wellness community. By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Team VG products, programs, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

Team VG provides online fitness coaching, workout programs, challenges, nutrition guidance, digital downloads, and community support. These services are intended for informational, educational, and motivational purposes.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old to join any Team VG program. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • Team VG is not a medical organisation and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

  • Always consult with a doctor or healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or concerns.

  • You participate in all workouts and activities at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

By joining Team VG, you agree to:

  • Follow workouts safely and within your personal limits.

  • Use correct form and stop immediately if you experience pain or dizziness.

  • Not share paid content, logins, files, or program materials with others.

  • Maintain respectful conduct within the community.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments for Team VG programs, subscriptions, challenges, and digital products must be completed before gaining access.

5.1 Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes:

  • Digital guides and PDFs

  • Challenges

  • Monthly memberships

  • Meal plans

  • Any downloadable or online content

Once access is granted, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstance.

6. Subscription Terms (if applicable)

If your membership operates on a subscription basis:

  • Payments will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel at any time, but no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

7. Intellectual Property

All Team VG contentā€”including videos, PDFs, graphics, workouts, branding, and written materialsā€”is the exclusive property of Team VG.
You agree not to copy, distribute, sell, or share any materials without written permission.

8. Community Conduct

Team VG maintains a supportive, positive space for women. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from programs or groups without refund.

9. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Team VG does not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, muscle gain, or fitness performance improvements.

10. Termination

Team VG reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these Terms of Service. No refunds will be issued.

11. Limitation of Liability

Team VG is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation in workouts, meal plans, or community activities.

12. Changes to Terms

Team VG may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
